I. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Welcome to The Realm of Doravoc (http://doravoc.com/). By creating a player account here, you henceforth bind yourself to the following Terms of Services (referred to as TOS), which may be updated in the future without any notice to you. It is your duty, as the "user" to constantly review the TOS at http://doravoc.com//tos.asp to be informed of any changes, as well as to abide by the rules of the TOS. Failure to comply will result in deletion of the User's account with no prior warning.

II. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
The Realm of Doravoc is a free online role-playing game (RPG) based on the D20 system by Wizards of the Coast®. The game rules are based on the 3.5th edition of Dungeon & Dragons® by Wizards of the Coast®. The Realm of Doravoc makes no claims to the workings of the D20 system and is inebted to Wizards of the Coast® for allowing The Realm of Doravoc usage of their property. The Realm of Doravoc attempts to replicate the feel of table-top roleplaying, without the hassle of dice-rolling. In return, Users are expected to display proper behavior and not stray "out-of-character" while roleplaying in Doravoc. Certain actions that are also prohibited will be covered in the scope of this TOS.

III. USER REGISTRATION AND PRIVACY POLICY
By creating a User account, The Realm of Doravoc assumes that the User understands what is expected in terms of the code of conduct (VI), as outlined in the TOS. The only registration requirement for The Realm of Doravoc is a valid e-mail address at the time of registration. The User is prompted for a password. No other information is required or collected. E-mails are used only for administrative purposes and will in no way be leaked to third parties or for any other purpose outside the scope of The Realm of Doravoc.

IV. PASSWORD AND SECURITY
The User is wholly responsible for the confidentiality of his/her account and will be held responsible for any or all activities that occur through his/her The Realm of Doravoc identity. Should your User password be compromised, you are responsible for notifying the Administrator of The Realm of Doravoc. The Realm of Doravoc will not be liable for any misrepresentation of a User's identity, loss of virtual currency and/or loss of inventory arising from such an eventuality.

V. SPECIAL ADMONITIONS FOR INTERNATIONAL USERS
Users visiting The Realm of Doravoc from countries outside of the United States must agree to abide by all local rules regarding online conduct and acceptable Content. Furthermore, you agree to comply with all applicable laws regarding the transmission of technical data exported from the United States or the country in which you reside.

VI. CODE OF CONDUCT
All media outside the core The Realm of Doravoc website regarding any aspect of The Realm of Doravoc is the responsiblity of the owner of the said media. The Realm of Doravoc cannot be held responsible for such content that may be inaccurate, indecent, or questionable. The Realm of Doravoc is not liable in any way to errors, omissions in content, loss or damage of any kind incurred. We expect all Users to keep such content at a PG-13 level. Exceptions to this may be made on a case-by-case basis to make room for artistic creativity and freedom of speech. Moderators and administrators are given the power to make judgement calls on what is considered infringement of this clause, as well as power to remove inappropriate material.

While roleplaying The Realm of Doravoc or posting on the forums, the User must not :
1. upload, post, email, graphically portray, or otherwise make available any Content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, racist or otherwise objectionable.
2. Promote the idea of, or directly harm minors in any way.
3. Impersonate any person or entity, including, but not limited to, The Realm of Doravoc officials, Forum moderators, guide or host, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
4. Forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any Content transmitted through the Service - otherwise known as "Spoofing".
5. Upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any Content that you do not have the rights to.
6. Upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or any other form of solicitation.
7. Upload, post, email, transmit, link-to or otherwise make available any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment.
8. Disrupt the normal flow of dialogue, cause a screen to "scroll" faster than other Users of the Service are able to type, or otherwise act in a manner that negatively affects other Users' ability to engage in real time exchanges.
9. Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers or networks connected to the Service, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies and/or regulations of networks connected to the Service.
10. Intentially posting inflamatory statements to get responses - otherwise known as "Trolling".
11. Verbally abuse or harrass other The Realm of Doravoc Users on a persistent basis - otherwise known as "Stalking".
12. Collect or store personal data from other The Realm of Doravoc Users.
13. Make any threats - real or otherwise - of any sort regarding other Users or the The Realm of Doravoc Service.
14. Promote the harm of an individual, group, or institution.

Failure to follow these rules may result in disciplinary action and/or termination of your The Realm of Doravoc account.

VII. NO RESALE OR REPRODUCTION OF SERVICE(S)
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade, resell or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of The Realm of Doravoc including, but not limited to your The Realm of Doravoc User ID. You are not allowed to reproduce any portions of the The Realm of Doravoc website outside of the scope of the The Realm of Doravoc Experience without prior consent from the creators of The Realm of Doravoc.

VIII. TERMINATION
You agree that The Realm of Doravoc may, under certain circumstances and without prior notice, terminate your The Realm of Doravoc account and any associated information pertaining the User. Causes for such termination include but are not be limited to:

1. Breaches or violations of the TOS or other incorporated agreements or guidelines.
2. A request on the part of a law enforcement or other government agency.
3. A request initiated by you, the User.
4. Unexpected technical or security issues.
5. Use of fraudulent funds to make donations.

Upon termination of the User's account, all Content contained therein: virtual currency, items, and other features provided by the site and which are not explicitly covered in the TOS will be permanently deleted. The Realm of Doravoc reserves the right to deny Service to a former User.

IX. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
You expressly understand and agree that:

1. The Service is provided "As Is" and The Realm of Doravoc makes no warranties - expressed or implied - of any kind. You use the Service at your own risk. Furthermore, it should be noted, that The Realm of Doravoc assumes no responsibility for the accidental or circumstantial loss of inventory items, virtual currency, lost communications, missed events or loss of personalization of a User's account for ANY reason.
2. The Realm of Doravoc makes no implication of warranty that the Service will be error-free, timely, secure or uninterrupted.
3. Any material downloaded or exposed to through your The Realm of Doravoc Experience is done at the User's risk and discretion. In addition, The Realm of Doravoc is not responsible for the Content of any links posted by any User on any of its Forums, link databases or any part of the website.
4. No verbal or written agreement NOT implicitly stated in the TOS constitutes a warranty of any kind. This includes but is not limited to posts and e-mails.

X. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
You expressly understand and agree that The Realm of Doravoc will not be liable to the User for any direct, indirect or incidental damage as the result of using the The Realm of Doravoc Service - such as missing school, work, or any other intangible loss that we cannot foresee but might arise as the result of using the Service. Furthermore we cannot be held accountable for any psychological addiction that the User might develop as the result of using said Service. Additionally, you agree to indemnify and hold The Realm of Doravoc a subsidiary of its officers, agents - including administrators, moderators and employees - harmless from any claim or demand made by The Realm of Doravoc or any third party due to or arising out of Content you submit, post, transmit or make available through the Service, your violation of the TOS, or a violation of any rights of another.

XI. The Realm of Doravoc PRIVACY POLICY
The Realm of Doravoc is committed to providing a free and entertaining community with no compromise to our user's personal information. The information collected is strictly for account management and all users are encouraged not to reveal their personal information to other users.
As a community that is under development, we may make adjustments to our policies and additional information may be required for new services. However, our dedication towards safeguarding our user's information will remain the same.

Users' Personal Information
A user is required to enter a valid e-mail address to obtain membership, followed by two personal questions to enhance account security for password retrieval. Additional information, such as a user's full name, address, or billing information, may be required for the delivery of goods and services. Such information will not be used for any other purposes. Other information, such as a user's age or geological location, may be provided by the user to enhance the user's ability to communicate between other users and, all of which, are optional.

Demographic Information
Demographic data, such as a user's date of birth, gender and zip code, may be used to tailor features, special offers, events, or advertisements that are of interest to the user. Such information may also be used for the research and development of future features and services.
On occasions, aggregated information that does not apply to any particular user may be compiled and shared with strategic partners, merchants and advertisers. For example, we may disclose the break down in age groups of our users to advertisers.

Strategic Partners
From time to time, we may enter into a special relationship with another company to provide additional features. These special relationships may include business partners or sponsors. A user may be asked to provide information on web pages setup by such partners or sponsors. Since these third parties will use your information in accordance with their own privacy practices, you should check their Web sites for information regarding their privacy policies.

In the course of serving advertisements to this site, our third-party advertiser may place or recognize a unique "cookie" on your browser. Cookies are small bits of information a user's computer browser uses to store their preferences. Cookies themselves do not contain any personally identifiable information.
